Bump. All of these comments. Some houses are much less drama (even with 400 members) because their leadership is not involved in the drama or puts an end to it when they find out about it. Other houses are FULL of drama in part because their leadership is part of it or causing it (PM, Zeta, Aphi) or their leadership favors the girls that are causing it and doesn't do anything about it (KKG, Gphi, KD, AGD, DDD).
