NO, THIS IS WRONG

Please don't tell pnm's this. It is WRONG and confusing and NOT the way it works! The algorithm will not drop houses from a pnm's schedule just because she ranks them low, and it will automatically do the bumping based on how many houses invite her back. The houses that are lowest in a pnm's rankings, are not automatically 'cut' from her schedule and she will get these houses back automatically if needed to fill her schedule, so 'strategic ranking' is not a thing. The algorithm actually works like this: When houses do not invite back a pnm, the first thing that happens is that they are removed from her list completely. It doesn't matter if she ranked them low or high, they are now gone. Then the algorithm considers all of the houses who do invite her back, whether they are on her 'cut' list or not, and gives her as many houses back as possible based on the allowed amount per round. Her rankings only come into play if more houses want to ask her back than are allowed for that round. In that case, the algorithm drops her lower ranked houses for her. It is worth noting that the sororities have no idea how a pnm ranks them, so that is not a consideration ever. Pnm's should not try to outsmart the algorithm with 'strategic ranking' because it won't work and she could screw herself over. Don't tell pnm's this BS.
