Better Idea?

How else would we do it? We have a week to evaluate 2,500 girls and identify the 130-140 girls that would fit best in our house. If we spend time getting to meaningful know every single girl personally, recruitment would take us weeks and we are all FT students too and already don't get much sleep for 2 weeks preparing and putting on recruitment. The early cuts are painful because they are made on some very impersonal factors. That is unavoidable with how big recruitment is at AL. And, despite our efforts to get it right for our house and the PNMs, we will still encounter PNMs that have already decided they want a different house and be rude to the houses she doesn't want based off of GR, gossip, and maybe the first round video...which is also superficial and impersonal. The kicker is when PNMs cry on bid day because they think they are better than the house they received a bid from. What a joke. Anyone who gets a bid from an AL sorority should be flattered regardless of house. I am in a top ranked house and we even get a couple of girls that are stupid dramatic because we weren't their first choice...as if we should be thankful they accepted our bid. Grow up. If you know of a better way of doing it, please inform the thousands of Actives at AL how it should be done.
