I have to agree with this. For girls out of state - the first list is definitely more desirable for them. If you are from Alabama, Mississippi, Georgia, Tennessee, parts of Texas, Kentucky, Arkansas and Louisiana (and maybe parts of Carolina) - the 2nd list will be more toward your liking. It doesn't mean one is better than the other - it is just you might be more comfortable / happy with these houses. Some girls from the South actually like to surround themselves with girls different from then and choose some of these other houses if they are more open minded. I see that you forgot AGD - they can go either way - tend to have more from the South and are usually quite Christian.
