I don't think so for Pi Phi. Their last two pledges were good (especially PC21) BUT PC21 was a really good class for a lot of chapters. ADII worked really hard at recruitment and their PC21 was small but had some great quality girls in there. I think it's funny how we're talking about ranking in an Instagram post. It will be interesting to see if there is an improvement in PBP's Instagram
