okay I know this is the worst place to come for advice but I seriously have no where else to ask. I want to rush this fall but my mom is pretty set on not allowing me because she believes that the transition from high school to college is hard and I tried to explain the benefits of Greek life to her as well and she just was not understanding. Does anyone have any suggestions or things I could say to defend my stance and would working a part time job this summer make it possible to pay for my dues because I do have the money to register for rush.
