A "top" house would never admit to it. As much a a NM would never admit to it. Many houses will snap bid for many reasons. - just to get numbers because not enough girls went to pref or a girl who dropped because she didn't like her top 2 for whatever reason. Or someone they liked who dropped. I've heard or girls being realsed and a house who who needs to meet quota will reach out.P
