Chi o was totally gutted and had the third floor and the wing that extends back to the parking deck added less than 10 years ago. It’s basically brand new except for the structure. Tri delt was one of the first houses to build and I do think they would have done some things differently if they had built later, but it’s still a nice house. Can’t imagine looking at either one and thinking they’re tear downs lmao
