Your grades and resume are a start, but are NEVER what gets anybody a bid. This is why rush is in person; we want to meet you. Wear what is flattering for YOU, YOUR body type, YOUR personality. Dress for rush parties in what is appropriate for the occasion and makes you feel cute, gives you confidence, and is physically comfortable; labels and price tag be damned. This will present you well and say a lot about you to us. For conversations, if you are a positive, warm, funny, confident, interesting girl, who is at ease, poised and confident, and shows interest and appreciation in who she is talking to at each house, that will go a long way.
