Most nationals no longer require them but still accept them. Phi Mu no longer even accepts them. Another big thing is the change to legacy policies for so many nationals. Mammas hate it, but in reality, legacy stopped getting a lock on a bid years and years ago, and was just bogging down recruitment no end. After all, membership selection needs to be up to each chapter.
