Learn to have a conversation! Seriously. In the end you have to talk to people and relate to many types. I believe many girls fail to miss this very important element and get lost in rec letters, resumes and “the look”. If you are yourself things will fall into place. Some aspects of the selection process you can’t control. If you’re a “circle” it’s going to be hard to get into the “square”house. It drives me crazy when girls seemingly ask how can I “fake my way” into a certain house. You cant be their type for a few days of recruitment to “sneak” in and even if you could, why would you want that? But if you take two girls with the same background and resume and one has a great recruitment and one that’s not so great, being able to talk, make conversations, communicate and relate to others is usually the HUGE differentiator.
