From what I can tell based on my friends and dorm, if you are OOR and care about partying, your best choices are Zeta (seems to be the biggest party house on campus along with KKG), Aphi, GPhi, DZ If you are a OOR girl and care more about sisterhood and grades, your best choices are Pi Phi, DG, Theta All sororities party so it just depends on where that falls on their list of priorities. Also, every house has hot girls and not so hot girls so it is hard to judge on that alone but some houses care much more about that than others. I’d say Zeta really cares about that a lot. OR hates Zeta and ignores the rest of the NR houses (I think the word they use is irrelevant) other than Aphi for obvious reasons.
