Phi Mu is a traditional Southern girl house. I’d include KKG, KD, and XO in that category. They are really difficult houses for Northern girls to get bids because all the Southern girls want these houses. You’d need to have a lot of contacts and connections with girls in the house. If you get a bid, there is a risk of being an outsider. DDD has also been in this category but I’m not really sure where they stand now.
