I am confused by the rankings of the new row houses? Are they based entirely on looks and which houses the frats want to party with? Are sisterhood, retention, grades and reputation irrelevant? I am not in a house but have a lot of friends (both guys and girls) that are so I have an outsider perspective and this is how it seems.
