Before any group colonizes, they have to be invited to present and then be invited to colonize. I kind of doubt AXiD and Sigma Kappa are interested since they both left campus twice. Neither is strong at Auburn (SK is lower middle and AXiD is near the bottom), but Auburn is totally different anyway since they don't have the expense of houses. Tri Sigma doesn't have the resources -- they do have a chapter at Mizzou, but they struggle with numbers and retention and are reportedly on the verge of losing their new house. The other NPCs just don't have the numbers or the name recognition in the South. Delta Phi Epsilon presented last year but wasn't invited to recolonize.
