That’s literally what they just stated about it not being a top tier house YET. These Alpha phi’s literally go to the same college as you, so don’t come at their academics. Lots of these girls are smart and will graduate with a degree. They aren’t as established, so they haven’t had the time to build up a good rep and connections.
