Too often people overlook COB bc top recruiting chapters can’t participate. But if you don’t have connections or grades save the mental anguish of formal recruitment and contact Panhellenic about COB after formal has concluded. Without connections or top grades you would likely get cut by the sororities that are not doing COB anyway. COB the girls get know the person and not just the resume. During formal recruitment the actives and pnms are tired and don’t have time to get to know each other.
