A good pledge class’s does depend….. If a house wants girls from a certain group of highs schools, well to them getting the “best” girls from those schools is a measure. If you’re a looks/social house, then of course, getting an attractive and fun group matters. Grades and involvement houses want girls likely to perform. Most of the chat here is about pnms getting the houses they want, but it is also true that houses do compete for girls and also may or may not get the girls on the top of their list. Only girls in the house really know. Others can speculate, and broadcast their opinions - but at best that is going to be based on a few girls they may know and their assumptions about what houses wanted these girls versus where they landed.
