If you have one house left and you list it, you will get it. This happened to me and I was lucky enough to like the house so pref was really special because I knew these girls were gonna be my sisters and that s lot of the other pnms with me were too. I was also relaxed all night while my roommate and friends were stressing! Another thing, you don’t need to tell anyone that you have one house left if you don’t want to. I did tell my friends because I was excited, but I didn’t tell the girls in the house I talked to at pref, because I was afraid it would sound awkward and weird.
