Yes. Quota isn’t set until after preference. You all are getting some bad information. Talk to you rho chi for correct information. But one thing is the same at all NPC schools. Encourage your friends and neighbors to not drop before bid day. The more girls who go to pref the better for everyone. All houses get more spots. And the process works like it should.
