During fall recruitment they are somehow selective for looks but they always do recruit constantly over the year. After fall they always fill up their numbers because so many girls drop out. So you may take your chance after primary recruitment if you want to be in a sorority. Do not wonder why their new members are that diverse. There is a huge difference who they want and who they can keep.
