Chapter decision - In my house each group meets to make quick but detailed notes and get a consensus of what we think after each party while it's fresh. Each group then presents to the chapter at the end of the day. Each chapter member can go with the group or make her own decision. If a respected or more articulate member speaks for a pnm more people will go with what she thinks. There are people in my chapter whose opinions I don't really value and I'm not going to trust their judgement as much, so if they love a girl I will take it with a grain of salt.
