Genuinely wondering! During my conversations with actives should i be aiming for "deeper" connections? For example, if I talked with an active and we mostly only talked about surface level hobbies, shows we like, etc, (and I felt like it was still a good, fun conversation) would another girl be invited back over me if another girl also had a good conversation but they talked more about "deeper" topics like how her values align with the chapter's and what she's looking for in a sorority and everything? Should i only worry about making the deeper connections the further into recruitment that i am?
