As someone who went thru rush last year, the brutal truth is: Everyone wants old row. Everyone wants one of the seven old row sororities before they want any of the new row. This is how it is across the board. All of these “ranks” where old row is intermixed with new row within tiers is inaccurate. Girls consistently rank the Old Row sororities higher within voting. When and if they get dropped, they then differentiate which of the new row houses they like most. This is true among almost all PNMs. It’ll be true this year, and next year, and the year after that. The old row houses have consistently been the TOP tier and most sought after houses. If you argue differently, you either don’t pay attention or got dropped by an old row house.
