No offense but this probably wasn’t the smartest idea to post this because there is only about 100 upperclassmen who rush each year and only so few woc, so there’s a high likelihood you just dashed your odds by posting on greekrank. However, rushing as an upperclassmen gives you a massive advantage generally - houses are only allowed to cut so many each round so upperclassmen tend to get full cards most days (not always) and have more of a say in where they end up.
