Phi mu, Kappa, axo, xo, tri delt are all strong top houses and will continue to be. People like to bash kd but they are old row and have always and will always get top girls from Alabama, especially the “target” hometowns. They will continue to be one of the most desired houses, same with zeta. People need to stop acting like zetas not a top house. They’re rebranding themselves as a more southern house and its worked very well for them with last years PC and they are extremely popular with PNMs this year. I’m expecting them to snag a lotttt of in state girls. Pi phi and adpi are slightly lower than the others but still better than all the other new row houses. Adpi has strong grades and got some party girls this year. Pi phi is popular because of all their famous YouTubers but their last pc was a little questionable.
