It's a troll who has been around for a very long time based on the "scandals" they bring up. They post the same stuff all over greek rank almost word for word. Source: I am also a troll I guess since I will be applying to colleges this year and I check out the universities I plan to apply to sometimes when I'm bored. I usually never post though for obvious reasons, unless it's to ask a question.
