Best: Serving my chapter with different positions. Worst: There was a member who was stealing from girls in the house. No one could figure out who it was. It turned out to be my big. I denied it for a long time and girls in my chapter thought I was in on it too when really I just couldn't believe my big would do that. It was horrible.
