I agree with the comment “bottom house”’is a stupid term There’s a scenario - you are coming from an area/high school where “everyone”’ is in one of several “certain” houses (more or less those usually called “top”)- and you aren’t given a bid to one. In that situation, being in “another” house may hurt and having you feel left out. Other than that, with about 400 girls in each house and 135 in a pledge class, there are going to be girls in any house you are going to connect with (and some you don’t). The physical houses and the social plans are all quite similar - what you make of it is up to you!
