Here’s the truth - GPhi and Theta are both, objectively, lower tier houses… nothing wrong with that whatsoever but that’s just where they stand in ranks. They both take an eclectic mix of girls, which can be both good and bad… good in the sense that there are lots of different “types” and that you’re sure to find your group… and bad in the sense that they don’t have a cohesive house image. Overall GPhi is more of a party house that takes grade/reputation risks. Theta is more of a laid back, involved house.
