If you cool on the University's Website for the 2017 Master Plan you will see the changes coming, which includes the relocation of Chi Phi and ZBT along with all the cottage houses. The new location will be a re-routed Bryce Lawn Dr. Though no timeline has been published when the construction will commence. What will not be built is any new houses on University.
