@Question— I believe my HQ does their best to send at least one consultant to the big chapters because we have a lot of visibility. I’m sure they also send them to chapters that are struggling. There are definitely not enough consultants to send one to every chapter for rush though and I’m sure that mostly impacts small chapters. It probably comes across that they care about big chapters more but really it’s just that if we mess up it’s a way bigger deal than if a small chapter does
