My house's nationals is strict on voting being a chapter decision and to trust our sisters. The actives who speak to the girl describe her with adjectives and others are allowed to join if they know or have met her personally, but we all vote on all PNMs. We do not have people from nationals come. In my house's nationals only sends them to chapters that really "struggle" with recruitment and retention. It would be really nice to have someone to help.
