Wow! I wish my chapter's voting was like this! Our nationals says we are not allowed to see the rank of PNMs, only the president and 3 vp chairs and 1 alum are allowed to see it. We discuss then vote in a way which translates to numbers, but our chapter does not discuss the actual rank. They put the numbers and rank in the computer. It would be nice if we did because I feel like each round is almost a surprise as to who comes back and the way we vote is partially to blame. If we have to COB, it is even more of a surprise. But this doesn't mean we don't argue. When I was a sophmore I remember a sister turning around and screaming at another for saying negative things about a friend going through rush. Then we have to turn around and pretend like nothing happened because it's "ritual" and we can't talk about it.
