Do you have ever had a look at the grade reports? APhi had to give out much more bids each formal recruitment than every other chapter did (150 – 170 vs 115 – 125) . Nearly every spring again ~ 20-30 vs 5 – 11 bids. If you could keep your NMs and actives why do you have to invite so many new women every term? And please stop comparing your chapter to Zeta.
