If we are being honest based off of return rates Zeta's is traditionally as high as old row sororities in fact the past several years it is a little higher than a few of the old row houses. Just in case anyone doesn't know return rates are based off the amount of PNM's that rank a chapter as a return after each round. The amount of girls a sorority has to cut each round is based off of that. The higher the return rate for a chapter the bigger the cuts they have to make. This can screw a chapter in the end and why Alpha Phi and KD have had to snap bid the last 2 years.
