I’ll add to this that DG and AOII have so much more of a defined “type” than KAT and SK, which helps a ton for rush. KAT and SK are very mixed bags which can be off-putting during rush because it’s hard to tell if you would find a group of girls who you fit in with in the house. I’d say DG/AOII have a mix of personalities too, but at the end of the day I still know a DG or AOII when I meet them; they have a certain “vibe.” So in that sense, I think DG and AOII have an advantage because if you’re a nice OOS girl, don’t know anyone at Bama, and care about school and friends, you’ll probably have some interest in these houses and they’ll probably have interest in you. This group I’m describing is a fair amount of PNMs, so that helps DG and AOII.
