Houses who take mostly in state girls have a much lower percentage leave/transfer. Pretty obvious by the list of houses NOT on the Cob list. Oos girls are more likely to transfer or go back home. Cob actually means nothing other than girls left, could be transfers, graduation, dropping out, any number of things. That has nothing to do with ranking (which is stupid anyway) I suppose if you want to use Cob as a test for anything, a ton of Cob’s could make you question if there is a sisterhood problem, but even that is kinda sketch. FYI, no house is taking a ton of Cobs this year before anyone jumps on that to bash houses
