Many houses, including my own, have dropped our legacy policies. I don’t know what house you’re a legacy to, but many organizations posted about dropping the legacy policy on social media so you might want to start either on their websites, FB, or instas. Speaking only for my own org, we no longer have an obligation to invite legacies to the second round. That said, it’s certainly a good conversation starter but definitely do not rely on it. Good luck with recruitment, stay positive and have an open mind.
