If you think Zeta is a top tier house then you don’t go to school here. Zeta you can live on this site and post these fake ranks all day long, but people that actually go here know what it’s really like. Zeta is a good house of that’s your vibe. But they are in no way considered a “top house.” There are at least 6 houses that are considered better than them. More desirable during rush and more respected on campus. If Zeta’s your thing, then pledge there and for sure! But just know you won’t be considered a member of an elite house.
