A 3 bedroom house is over a mil in So Cal. The nicest house here is about a mil, maybe two mil. No one believes anyone from Cali wrote this, because it’s nonsense. Colorado, Cali, New York just have higher value. Even New Jersey. And yes plenty of girls from these states at Bama. Out of state enrollment is higher than in state enrollment.
