so the older members will invite you to hang out w them, etc. and then the new members and actives write down who they want, and then the new member educator (on executive board) matches everyone. sometimes u don’t have a strong bond with your big before you get matched! but sometimes people get their bid day big, etc...it all depends! also big/little happens at diff times for each sorority
