They're definitely the frats top 2 houses - most likely because of looks and parties. Both party houses, but Zeta more so. Phi Mu is old row so there's a lot of in state girls and legacies. Known for having money. Sisterhood is decent and not many girls drop. Typical posh southern sorority. Golden goose and Koch skirt vibe girls. Probably above Zeta in academics. Zeta has a good mix of girls from ALL regions, although they all kinda have the stereotypical blonde, orange tan sorority girl vibe. From what I've heard their sisterhood is rocky. They're really fun and friendly, I've never come across a Zeta I didn't like. Overall both really great houses and you can't go wrong with either one. If you still have both on your list the best way to pick is just by speaking to the actives, which ever one feels more like home is the way to go! Good luck.
