Sisterhood and grade wise yes. Looks, pnm desirability, and popularity on campus not so much unfortunately. I do think Pi Phi will eventually rise to Zeta’s level in all aspects but as of right now though it’s hard to deny that Zeta is becoming increasingly popular among/competing for top pnms.
