that could be an indicator to the house's demographic but it's certainly not the main factor. in my house, exec is all from 1 or 2 friend groups who usually have a lot of connections to the house (so very AL) and they almost cherry pick the same kind of girls to be on exec again. but the facey girls who aren't on exec have just as much influence too.
