They didn't have a small pledge class, you can check the fall grade report. They are not even eligible for COB, because they maintain chapter membership, and you can check the long list of houses that are eligible for COB on the PH site. No OR houses on that list. Having to pledge a huge class is not a good thing. It's a sign that the house may struggle to rush and keep members. You don't even know what you are talking about.
