I wouldn't say everyone is as shallow and superficial as you. Some people actually choose their house based on how they feel they fit in the the other girls both in the house and those who would be in their pledge class. Many even choose some of the "lower" ranked houses simply because they enjoy the opportunity to make something rather than just resting on the laurels of girls who came before her. But alas, there are always the poor souls who's only method of self esteem rest in the letters on their chest. Best of luck tier.
