Yes, Theta, GPhi, DG, and APhi took good pledge classes this year. Like the previous poster noted, many of the girls in the "lower tiers" would probably be in "top tier" houses at other schools. Also, DG, GPhi, and APhi are the newest chapters at Bama. Over a period of time, there can be some flux in Greek systems (what was top at my mom's school is no really hurting-not Bama). Also, the big increase in out of state girls to Bama may eventually take away some of the mystique of some of the "top houses," as these girls are less concerned about the in-state reputations of the "top tier" houses, and are (possibly) more objective in their choices. The bottom line is it looks like everyone took good pledge classes. Let's just enjoy that, and the fact that Bama has an incredible Greek system.
