I think if you would look at the real numbers from last year you would realize that the system does work. Over 80% of the women who participated last year got their first choice. Very few, and no I don't know the figure off the top of my head, fell through and were not matched. Some of the ones who were dropped or withdrew did so because of grades. PUT IT ON A BILLBOARD, if you do not have a 3.0 the odds of pledging are very small. Also regardless of what you hear, recommendations are important. ANOTHER WORD OF ADVICE, Clean up your facebook, twitter, instagram or whatever social media you use. The girls look at those things and let me tell you, the things they see posted are unbelievable. SO YES, I do think the system works.
