Also, you don't know the history of many of the girls who were dropped. Maybe they have such strong legacy connections that the other sororities don't want to use a space for them when the PNM will more than likely pledge her legacy chapter. Maybe the girl has a poor reputation. Maybe she mumbled single syllable responses to questions and didn't converse with her rusher. No telling.
